Providence East sits on the eastern edge of Stockland Providence’s Central Development, approximately 41km from Brisbane, within one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing communities. Providence East site posed unique challenges, requiring innovative design solutions to facilitate EPBC approvals and the delivery of DCOP arterial road, trunk water and trunk sewer infrastructure.

KN Group provided self-certification for both design and construction in collaboration with Ipswich City Council under the Economic Development Act. The first Precinct of this development spans approximately 70 hectares, featuring nominally 600 new homes and 250 Land Lease residences, 2 km of new arterial roads, a district park, two rehabilitated waterways, and greater expansion of the South Ripley Valley.
