CLIENT – STOCKLAND

In the development of Providence, an expansive and diverse master planned community in the South Ripley Valley, KNg takes on the pivotal role as the Principal Consulting Engineer for Stockland. This ambitious project encompasses 20,000 residential lots with a mix of retail, medium-density, and commercial spaces. KNg leads the way in designing and supervising construction across various development precincts.
Addressing challenges posed by steep natural topography and Council-prescribed retaining wall height limitations, KNg implements innovative engineering solutions. These solutions include creative lot configurations, adherence to maximum road grades, and significant cost reductions in excavation, particularly in rocky areas. KNg’s contributions extend to the coordination and management of critical infrastructure elements, such as arterial and sub-arterial roads, trunk water, and trunk sewer networks. Collaborating with specialists in traffic, water, and sewer networks, KNg ensures a comprehensive and well-informed approach to the development’s vital components.
